The 2503 cross-cut P-5 is a compact, centralized shredder, designed for four to size users. Continuous operation and high-quality, solid steel cutting heads minimize downtime while shredding paper, staples, paper clips and credit cards. High-quality, easy-open, wooden cabinet is mounted on casters for easy mobility. HIPAA and FACTA compliant, and certified to shred Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), the 2503 is federally accepted to protect information and social security numbers against identity theft. A 10-1/4" feed opening and impact-resistant, lightweight, easy-to-remove, 20-gallon bin make this shredder perfect for growing shredding needs in departments or small offices. Quiet, 3/4 horsepower, single-phase motor chews through 10 sheets of paper at once and up to 262 sheets per minute. Patented, electronically controlled, transparent safety shield in the feed opening protects fingers and hands.
